Volunteers

Volunteers are so crucial to the solid execution of a convention and HavenCon is no different. We love our volunteers and are so grateful for all of the boots on the ground support that they provide during the weekend of the convention.

What does being a HavenCon Volunteer mean?
Volunteers will work in a variety of on site positions throughout the weekend of the convention. Possible duties include: assisting at registration, managing panel doors/ attendance count, acting as runners for convention staff.

Volunteers sign up for a number of reasons:

You are interested in attending but looking for a way to be more involved.
You are looking for a way to join the con and save a bit of money.
You love getting to see the events but going to something without ‘something to do’ in particular can feel a bit overwhelming.

HavenCon Volunteers will gain free admittance to the convention for each day that they work at least 4 hours.
