What are the vending spaces like at HavenCon?

Vendor tables are 30”x6’ and come with two chairs. We have tables both with and without electricity to choose from. A vendor’s table includes two vendors badges and wifi access. There are more details on the spaces in the application form.

Can you split a table with another vendor?

Yes, if you plan to split a table you will need to provide that information in the appropriate area of the vendor application.

Can you purchase additional vendor badges?

Yes, all vendors may buy an additional vendor badge when they order. If you think you need more than one please reach out to our operations manager.

Do we have to buy our own Wifi?

Vendor Wifi access is included with your table purchase. It will be password protected as we want to protect the strength of the signal and not overburden it.

Texas Sales Tax Licenses are required to make sales in the state of Texas. You will be required to show that you have one in order to vend at the convention. If you don’t have one already you can get it here.
